I bought this product for the simple reason _.. I have lots of shoes and needed alternative storage ideas. I received my product and was a bit disappointed for 2 reasons: 1- the product is advertised as having the capacity to store 12 prs of shoes however, the compartments as seen in the picture ad are not sturdy and are not constructed in a manner that would contain your pairs separately. They compartments infact are just slots but are not connected the the base of the shoe bag. I find it annoying . 2. I bought 2 of these at once (big mistake) because upon opening the box i discovered 1 zipper had already stripped. :( I did repair it, but thats not what you expect on initial use of a product. Overall I would rate this product 3 stars for the mere fact that its good for holding sandals and flats. Wont recommed if you have many pumps as the slots are not very big. Service from Trinitrolley was great and delivery was nice. Hope this helps. :)
