Products that are eligible for Free Super TriniTrolley Shipping are clearly indicated by the FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping icon with truck and will say “eligible for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping on orders over $300.00”. Once ALL the items in your Trolley are eligible for Free Super TriniTrolley Shipping and your total is over $300.00, you will receive FREE Shipping or Delivery on your order.2. How do I qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping?
You can obtain FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping by: (1) Finding items displaying the FREE Super TriniTrolley icon with truck (2) Add to your Trolley items totaling at least $300.00 (3) Proceed to Check-Out to place your order (4) Congratulations, you have qualified for FREE Super Trini Trolley Shipping! If your Trolley contains an item that is NOT eligible for Free Shipping, you will be charged for the item(s) being shipped (flat charge of $30.00TTD). If your total order is less than $300.00 then the standard shipping rate will automatically be added to your order.3. Why don't I qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping?
There are various reasons why you don't qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping: (1) You have an item in your Trolley that is NOT eligible for Free Super Trini Trolley Shipping nor does it have the FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping icon next to it (2) Your total Trolley amount does not exceed the qualifying amount of $300.00. If this happens, a note will appear at checkout indicating the minimum amount required to qualify for FREE Super Trini Trolley Shipping. (3) If you choose the Rush Delivery option at Check-Out, you will automatically be charged the fast delivery rate as the shipping fee and you will be ineligible for FREE Super Trini Trolley Shipping. The Free Super Trini Trolley Shipping feature will only work under the standard shipping option where your order is delivered within 48 hours.4. How does the Gift Wrapping Feature Work?
You can have any item Gift Wrapped on TriniTrolley.com! Simply add the item(s) you want to your Trolley and at checkout or "What's In My Trolley?" page, click the "Gift Wrap" option. You will then be prompted to type the text you want written in your Card, choose the type of Card you want from a drop-down menu and the type of Gift Paper you want from a list. We will write your words in your card, wrap it for you and have it delivered to the address you supply. You can choose this option for Birthdays, Anniversaries or for any event for that special someone. There is usually a small fee attached to the Gift Wrapping feature and this is indicated at checkout. If you do not see the Gift Wrap option for any item on the site, let us know and we will add it for you.5. What is Add to your Wish List?
A Wish-List is a list of things that you would like to have. When you add items to your Wish-List, you can return a week, month or anytime after and purchase it. Your Wish-List is just a list that you can use to keep track of items you want at a later date. When you sign into your account, the Wish List button appears. Simply click the Wish List button for any item you want to appear in your Wish List. From your Wish-List, you can move items to your Trolley at anytime and purchase them.6. How does your Buy 1 Get 1 Free Sale work?
We throw sales EVERYDAY on Trini Trolley where you can buy certain products at discounted prices and get 1 FREE! By clicking any image in the swivel campaign, you will be taken to the campaign page where you choose your products you want to buy and get 1 FREE. It's as simple as that! If you enter a Buy 3 Get 1 FREE campaign, for example, you can choose 4 products from the list of eligible products and we give you 1 FREE. You will only pay for 3 out of the 4 products that you choose. These products will also qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping. Upon Check-Out, if your Trolley total is less than the quantity required to qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping, then you can continue shopping until you qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping. So take advantage of these daily sales and promotions.7. What are your delivery rates?
All items purchased on TriniTrolley.com will be delivered via our distribution network. We do not out-source deliveries to third parties. This ensures that your items are delivered safely and on time. There are two (2) Delivery Options: 1. Standard Delivery (within 48 hours) - Your order will be delivered within this timeframe. Currently, we are proud to offer FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping on most eligible items on our Website. Simply look for all items displaying the FREE Super TriniTrolley Icon with truck. Once your total at checkout is over $300.00TT, your item(s) will be delivered for FREE. If however, your total is less than the qualifying amount ($300.00TT) then the cost for this option is a flat charge of TTD$30.00 regardless of how many items you add to your Trolley, the weight of these items or the size of these items. If your item(s) do not display the FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping icon with truck, then the flat delivery charge of $30.00TT will apply to your order. 2. Rush Delivery (within 8 hours) - Your order will be delivered within 8 hours if the order is placed between 8AM to 10AM Monday to Friday. There is a flat charge of TTD$80.00 for this option*. Items purchased under this option do not qualify for FREE Super TriniTrolley Shipping. * Trini Trolley Limited reserves the right to cancel any orders * Please read our Terms and Conditions for more informationYour returned product must include following: 1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.) 2. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from TriniTrolley.com. 3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. 4. The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.) 5. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) 6. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. If the returned product does not match the abovementioned criteria, it will be rejected by our TriniTrolley.com Returns Warehouse and returned to you at your cost. All returns will be collected by TriniTrolley.com. You are not allowed to drop off returned merchandise at any of our Warehouses. Consequently, if your returns criteria do not match any of these terms outlined below, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by TriniTrolley.com.com. By requesting or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Basic Return Policy Unless otherwise stated below, you have fourteen (14) days from the date your product/s invoice was generated (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to download and complete a RMA form from the website or via email and get your product returned back to us. The product does not have to be back at our warehouse within fourteen (14) days, but it has to be in the possession of our delivery service (along with the valid RMA) within this timeframe. RMAs must be valid, unexpired and issued for the product being returned as you may no longer be able to return the product after the RMA has expired. An RMA expires in seven (7) days from the date it was issued. Only one RMA is issued per return. TRINITROLLEY.COM’S PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST MATERIAL DEFECTS FOR THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE. WE WILL COLLECT AND RETURN ANY DEFECTED PRODUCTS WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME USING OUR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK. If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty that accompanies the product. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. All products are subject to a fifteen per cent (15%) restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products (see Special Returns Policy for Defective Products below). Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in new condition and in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase if a refund is required. Please allow up to seven (7) days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item. The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the returns center and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you, the original distributor or manufacturer, or any buyer through the liquidation process. Title to the product being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to the original distributor, or a third party in the case of a liquidation of the return, only upon receipt of the products by such distributors or buyers. Defective Products Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of TriniTrolley.com, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase (for example through the original payment method such as 2checkout) or full refund by cheque or cash if payment was made via debit card or credit card if payment was made on delivery. Defective products may only be returned within thirty (30) days of the date your invoice was generated (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product). TriniTrolley.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole adjudicator as to whether a product is in fact defective. Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, you will be fully reimbursed. The length of time for shipment of the replacement product is dependent on product availability from the manufacturer or supplier. In the event that the returned product is verified to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses. * Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item which has not been released. With the Pre-Order feature, you can still order a product that is temporarily out of stock and it will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouses. Pre-Orders are a way to ensure that you're among the first to be able to purchase a product AND you can even save a few bucks as we may have it cheaper than the "In-Stock" price. When you Pre-Order items, you do not have to pay for the item at Check-Out. Instead, choose payment on delivery and when the item is in stock, you will be contacted for payment and delivery. If you wish to pay via credit card online, your credit card account will be charged immediately on the day of your order and not on the day that the product is released. If you do not want this, please do not choose to pay online via credit card or do not Pre-Order, wait until the product is officially released. Usually, items will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
