Harvested by Hand

Sundried
- No artificial dryers used in process
- traditional method for drying adopted from the Merikins since 1815
- Sundried process ensures our rice is easier to cook and consume
Milling
- Our milling process is far superior to common types of rice as it combines traditional with modern milling processes
- Very little fibre is removed in this process which allows our Red Gold branded rice to cook faster
