I ordered one for my porch and it was delivered but the remote on this lasko fan did not work. It did, however work on my other Lasko remote fan. I decided to live with it and i\'m guessing the sensor on this fan was the issue. A CSR from trinitrolley called 2 days after my delivery to see how my first experience was, so i informed her that the remote was not working and they made arrangements to replace it. The next day they came and replaced it with a new one in a box. I was very pleased with the replacement service. Lasko fans are the best.
